My father has been a resident at Northstar Post Acute since September 2025 and living over 3000 miles away from him has not been easy. I wanted to take a moment to recognize three individuals who have gone far above their normal responsibilities to help care for my dad and keep me informed and connected throughout his stay. Sandy in Social Services has been incredibly compassionate and proactive and helping facilitate a special Facetime program so I can stay connected with my father despite the distance, her kindness and communication have meant more to our family than words can express.♥️ Jacquie, the nurse practitioner has been thoughtful, attentive and thorough overseeing my father‘s medical care and recommendations. It brings tremendous peace of mind knowing someone is paying close attention to his overall health and well-being. ✝️Allison, the floor supervisor has been exceptional in coordinating my father services and helping oversee his day-to-day care.Her professionalism, communication and genuine concern for residents truly stands out. 🤍When you live far away from a loved one compassionate people make all the difference.🙏🏼 I’m sincerely grateful for the care, communication and humanity. these three individuals have shown my father and our family.
